Hello, I am Bryan Khoo... a 22years old University students... I have a story to tell...

On a peaceful Monday, which is today I write this post... I casually check on my email inbox... and I saw a mail that really caught my attention... which is from nuffnang and the topic is

Do you have what it takes to be the World’s Coolest Intern?

It is a contest by Nuffnang and Standard Chartered

After read through it, I am really motivated and my heartbeat is increasing...

and I thought

"This could be the opportunity of my lifetime!!!... I need to try it out... I need win it!!!"

So... this is my story...

now is the time to prove to Nuffnang and Standard Chartered why I can be the

coolest interncandidate...

First of all, as everyone knows Standard Chartered is a British based international

financial service company.

Thats why It is truly a privilege and honor if I can have a 6months intern at there...

So, it begins!!! How to prove that I am cool?

For me, cool can be explain into four words

Caring, Outstanding, Outgoing, Luck...

which is COOL!!!

CARING

To be a cool person, you need to caring towards other...

I believe I have this attribute...

I care for my loves one, families and friends... and for sure I will care towards

Standard Chartered, nuffnang and my future colleague too...

Throughout my life, I am taught by my family to love and care for others...

and for sure caring by heart and mouth is not the best...

because action speak more than a thousand words.

I even join myself in voluntary works.

This is one of my trip to northern Thailand...

OUTSTANDING

Second is outstanding, to be a cool person you need to be outstanding in crowd.

And I confident that I have this trait. I have confidence and gift in public speaking

and stage performing. In a multinational company like Standard Chartered,

we will meet many different people from different country, language and culture.

I can speak in 3 main language fluently English, Mandarin and Bahasa.

Plus, I have experience in working team of multinational, especially in my part

time monavie business.

I communicate and sharing many stuff with different people from Spain,

New Zealand, Europe and many more countries.

Therefore I believe I can use my soft skill perfectly during the intern.

This is one of my gathering with my business partners

OUTGOING

Third, is outgoing. It is undeniable that a cool person have outgoing personality. Frankly I think I am an outgoing person. I have sense of humor and speak confidently with manner. I can bring life and fresh air to an event or groups in a room. And I believe it is important in business and working environment to have fun and laughter too.

LUCK

Finally is luck!!!... anyone needs a bit of luck to success. And I believe that even we ourself can create luck with efforts and hard works.

I wish to bring luck and sunshine to Nuffnang and Standard Chartered!!! ^^

So this is how I prove I am COOL!!!... Moreover, my surname is KHOO... So many people call me as MR. COOL... haha

Lastly, I want to specially thanks Nuffnang and Standard Chartered for this extraordinary opportunity... I really hope I can win this cause I really passionate and motivated for this intern.
