BERSIH 2.0 : My Story (Bryan Khoo)

Since many people asked what is my experience at bersih 2.0, I decided to write my own experience in it. While media told us how horrible of the rally, for me this is a very sweet and memorable experience. I hope I can put this memory and experience deep in my heart even until when I am old.

The Reason I March
Global economy is in chaos, yet our government didn't find a good solution to it. Corruption is still rampant, and politician keep creating racial and religious issue to spoil this country harmony. We all know that we need to change the government, but how can we change if our electoral process is unclean? After I know about Bersih 2.0 purpose, I feel that it is time for me to take part in it too.

Before 709
I met my friend Pang, and he told me his intention to join bersih too. So we concluded that we will go together that day. As most people know, the week before bersih government use every things they can to scared and even threaten citizens to join. Some of my friend encourage me to join yet some say I am stupid and why we bother to care. I even told my parents that I decided to join, as parents they not encourage me due to safety reason and I know that because they care for me. My brother even told me his friend's father warn that chinese better dont go as police will purposely catch chinese and beat us up.(The another old MCA stupid and racist thinking). Despite all these, I still decide to go although I am really scared and I cant even sleep properly the night before due to anxiety.

The Yellow Revolution

9th July 2011, I woke up at 7am. After pack my stuff I go and meet my friend, we proceed to KTM Kajang. Once we reach KTM Kajang, there are about 6-8 police patroling and standing near the entrance. I am scared like shit that they will question and check my bag as I got bring (towel, salt, water ) which are use for rally. But luckily they didnt bother us. So I buy a ticket to KL Sentral. When we got in the train, the atmosphere is so scary as everyone keep silence and some only whispering. I noticed many Kelantanese malay on the train as I recognized their slang.

Once we reach KL Sentral, there are even more police at there. And many malay stop by police (especially those who wearing kopiah). So we went to McD to have breakfast. In McD there are full of chinese, and by their attire we can guess they are also going for the rally. While eating we are discussing on the next plan as we don't have a plan at all. At 10am, we decided to go to Pasar Seni by LRT, and we met a new friend Tan who is going alone so we asked him to join us.

Once we reach Pasar Seni, we can see many police truck along the road as we walk towards Petaling Street. To my amazed Petaling Street filled with some amount of people. Some stall even selling soya juice and shirts. As we wait the time to pass, some people from bar council arrived wearing formal then some people from PKR also here. Live updates from our friend say that police already starting to catch people and using tear gas in other part of the city. At 12pm, we deciding to walk towards stadium Merdeka stadium to have a look. But half way we saw many media, reporters and plain clothes police. My daring friend Heng even took their picture, then suddenly a group of police walk toward us and ask him to come over. That time we are so scared, OMG are we going to detain by them. But the police only ask my friend's ic to check whether he is a blogger. They also say they won't kacau us and ask us don't go any further. To our relieved we turn back to Petaling Street.

The wave begin

More and more people were around petaling street and suddenly we saw a huge crowd walking towards us and shouting. Everyone start to ask is bersih? patriot? or perkasa? When they got nearer, at last we saw many of them wearing yellow and shouting Bersih! Bersih!... So we are very excited and ask people around us to join in the group. That time there are about 1000-2000 and the number keep growing. The group was growing so fast as people keep joining in from different corner of the streets. Everyone is so happy, some carrying flowers, balloons, Malaysia flags and so on. Then we proceed to Maybank Tower and we joined by other groups that travel through different routes and our number grow to more than 10,000. Everyone is so happy, we shout Bersih! Reformasi! and some even singing. The rally is so peaceful and cheerful like we are going to a grand concert but the performers are everyone of us.

Tear gas & Chemical Water

When we are still celebrating. Suddenly... Bang!!! Bang!!! police start to shoot tear gas and spray chemical water. This is the most touching part, many Malay friends actually ask us chinese to stand back and hide behind. Those Malay friends who mostly Pas members actually stand in the front line and protect us. At that moment we are so angry as police start to firing tear gas at us without any warning. We are just gathering peacefully why they treat us like that? The rain start to fall and at last the police trap us in the middle of Puduraya and shoot tear gas from 2 directions. One of the tear gas canister even fell beside me. The effect of tear gas is so pain, as my eyes start to tears and we cant breathe properly. The crowd begin to disperse and some of us ran uphill to Tung Sin hospital. Some malay friends even offer us some salt to ease our pain and I also share my water to another malay guy to wash his painful face. When we thought police wont attack the hospital, suddenly we saw tear gas canister fell straight into hospital compound! Damn, why they even shoot hospital. Eventually there are some people cut fences on top of the hill and we escape through the fences, many malay actually offering help and let us chinese and indian pass through first. We continue to walk until we reach Jalan Raja Chulan. But we broke up with some of our freind during the chaos so we go to Pavillion to meet and take a rest. I heard from other people that another rally begin in KLCC. But we didnt join in anymore and just look from a far distance.

At last things begin to settle down then we rest at bottom of KLCC, then there are group of Malays also sat beside us and start to talk to us. They told us that : We are very happy and touched that even chinese now also willing to join us in the protest, let us continue to fight for a better Malaysia and most important is we dont give up. Jangan putus asa bro!

I am so touched by his words... this is very true as last time we chinese are more interested to earn money and mind our own business. Dear friends, it is time for us this generation to stand up. We not stand up as chinese, malay or indian. But we stand up as Malaysia! I never regret for joining this rally as I am convinced that Malaysia is still a very good place for me and my future generation. The government may be sucks, but most Malaysian are still loving and caring regardless of race and religion.

I also won't blame the police as they are just following orders. But the main culprit are those person who still siting so comfortable in Putrajaya and giving stupid orders.

As conclusion, I strongly believe Malaysia is still a lovely country and hope that more friends can stand up together to create a better future for our next generation. Hidup Bersih!!!~ and Hidup Malaysia!!!~

So what should we do after BERSIH 2.0?

Hai, A great weekend fellow Malaysian had. I personally felt so great and happy after attended BERSIH 2.0 as I can see all races stand and help each other for the same cause, which is a better Malaysia. I will not tell how bad is our government at here anymore as I believe we can find plenty of it online especially FB and Youtube. And I also urge Malaysian not to blame the police force as they are also the victim of lousy Malaysian government. They just following order because they too have family to take care of. For sure they are some bad cops that purposely beat people during BERSIH. But there are still plenty of them who actually kind to us. So this is not against police that we fighting of, but against the rotted system of our current government. We have to know that no matter which leader take control of BN, it will still be the same as BN system is already outdated but they still applying the same system.

Pakatan Rakyat

I won't say pakatan is a very good government to replace BN. But at least we change first and give PR the chance to prove themselves, we can see that Selangor, Penang, Kelantan is good under PR governance. So why not we give them a try. Most importance we must understand that the power always remain in our hands. So do not lost hope.

So whats next?

Now, we had do our part and the next thing we can do is vote in the next general election. Meanwhile this is the most important part. I always think that for us to live better, we always need the 3F : Faith, Financial, Freedom.

1. Faith : We human are weak and the one who understand us most is our creator, you need to know the main purpose for you to be in this world and always have faith in it.

2. Financial : Since the day we born till we enter grave we always need one thing, MONEY. Thats why it is so important to increase our financial intelligent especially inflation and economy problem is so high. We need to know ways to counter inflation and protect our wealth before it is to late. Do not expect government to take care of us, this is a big mistake done by many people. When we are ignorance about money, then our money will easily lost on many parties before it even reach our hand.

3. Freedom : Without freedom, we are not human anymore. Even god give us the freedom and free will to choose our own religion and our way. But we will pay the consequences of the choices we make. If our life keep bounded by money and also a lousy government. Where is our freedom? Thats why I walk for bersih to fight for freedom and my dream is to achieve financial freedom. Because there are many more meaningful things in life than keep finding money for our whole life.

So always remember my dear friends. Always stay strong and strengthen our 3F. Life is great, never let money bondage and lousy government to take away our precious freedom

I think most of Malaysian know roughly about our "proud government". With global economy is in turmoil, our government didn't take any action, but even make more trouble for us. Bersih 2.0 should be a peaceful rally, but the government acted like world war 3 is coming. I feel like they going to use bersih 2.0 to cover up all other problems. Most of my generation friends should understand that life is so hard now. Many of my friend can only save rm300/month despite working for almost a year. Inflation is hitting us so hard, I cant imagine how we can married, have a family or even buy a house. A degree, master or even PHd can't solve this problem now. Education is almost irrelevant anymore for survival if the problem continue to worsen. Many of us now even need to do part time business.

Last 2 week, I gave our PM YAB Dato Sri Najib Razak a chance to prove himself to me by attending his economic transformation program talk at Youth Corporate Malaysia. As expected, his speech is sweet talk. But worsen is during the Q&A session. I felt it rather more like Q&E (question and excuses). I and my friends is so fed up with his talk until we leaved half way.

Besides we can be entrepreneur, do part time business and plan our finance and money. The last thing I can do now is try attending BERSIH 2.0
I may be tiny during the rally, but I believe hundreds of thousands more tiny people like me will form a great power. March on 9th July is the only answer, for friends that cannot attend. Petronas RON95 extra

After recent electricity and goods price hike, many people finding ways to rebalance their budget. Today I got to share something that save us some money. The new RON95 extra petrol by petronas

Although I don't like Petronas cause it is government linked. But this petrol really help me savings all the way. After told by my friend that new Petronas ron95 is very good for Malaysian car, I go and try it my self.

Well it really works, my car can drive more than 40km than the previous other RON95 full tank. Thats really good, at least Petronas scientist and engineer did a great job.

The fundamental of inflation and what to do?

This week no matter in facebook, newspaper, or media we hear people start complaining again due to the recent 7% electricity tariff hike and possible hike of ron95 petrol. Most people blame the government, TNB, or anything for the problem. While I agree government should also take part of the blame, but many people fail to see the fundamental reason of inflation.

First of all, this is not only Malaysia problem, but is a global problem. If you want to understand more, I advise you read Robert Kiyosaki's The Conspiracy Of The Rich. Btw, as I know many don't bother to read and more prefer the easier way, which is complain only. I will give a brief summary on what is happening to this world.

The fundamental :

Its start with federal reserved(FED) of US keep printing their money non-stop. Which cause money losing its value rapidly. So in order our country to remain competent and continue to attract foreign investor, our country also need to print more money. So in laymen explanation, if our country print 10% more money this year, then our inflation rate will increase by 10%. This is why global commodities and raw material price increase. Which make our electricity tariff increase to because our country using mainly gas and coal to generate electricity. So what is federal reserve? Basically federal reserve bank is not owned by US. But by the ultra rich in the world. The condition will lead to the rich will get richer and the middle class and poor will get poorer.

So what if we change government? It will certainly be better as corruption and cronies problems maybe lessen. But still the fundamental problems still there as we also in capitalism and global world market.

Who to blame?

When people see all these problem, then the first thing they will do is blaming and complain. When I say problems start from ultra rich and FED, then they will start blaming them again. So at the end of the day, do you gain anything? Do your money problem solved? Our inflation rate get better? No at all. Now, the only thing that can save yourself from these problems are only two. One is God, and one is yourself. For people who doesn't believe in God, then I think you left one choice. Which is yourself to help you. For people who believe in God, I believe you know that God only will help those who willing to work. So now the answer is not who to blame, but what you want to do to solve the problem.

How to solve?

Don't ever tell me about solving using fast money such as TOTO or Gamble. As it surely won't work, and I always believe fast money is a curse rather a blessing. As I always say, we need to start build up our financial knowledge, invest in IGA or income generating asset instead of saving up your cash, increase our cash inflow by generate passive income. But these are so easy to talk. When actually doing it, so many people can't even start. Whenever I ask my friend to start financial planning. Then there are plenty of excuses :

1. I not enough money yet
2. No time
3. My income is to low
4. Wait la...
5. Investment is risky
and many more...

When government want to increase our electricity tariff and petrol, do they say :" wait lah, Bryan havent start planning his money, later he not enough money."
We have to know that inflation will never wait us, so the slower you start the worsen you got. Okay, now back to not enough money. What is not enough money actually? If you don't have rm1000, do you have at least extra rm150/month? Do you know you can even start invest by buying 1oz of silver using rm150. Just save rm5/day then you can even invest. Do not look down on a piece of 1oz silver, in 12 months u will have about rm1800 worth of silver. And in few years time, it value may multiply. The silver investment is only one of the example, what I want to point out is don't find yourself an excuse. When someone say investment is risky, then I going to quote what Robert Kiyosaki says again : "Investing itself is not risky, but lack of financial education and listen to poor financial advise is risky"

This phrase is so true, let me give an example again, from this recent electricity price rise, it again will determine a person financial intelligent. The first reaction of middle class and poor will complain. But you know what the rich and high financial intelligent people will do? They straight go and buy TNB share, and actually benefit from it. and you see what happen to TNB share in this week. TNB stock chart So there are always people who benefit from the inflation. Thats why we need to keep increase our financial knowledge and actually think like them. Financial knowledge is not build up by reading only, but you need to actually experience it, experience some failure and learn from it.

The are only 2ways to beat inflation now, which are investment or business. We have to know salary and job security won't be enough anymore. If you're lazy to involve in business, at least please start plan your money and start invest your money. And remember to have life and medical protection as they are the basic of financial planning.

Stop complaining and start planning now
If you lazy to plan for your money and increase your financial knowledge. Then don't complain anymore and continue to work day and night until inflation and taxes eat you up. This post may sound abit harsh because this is reality, the world is getting harsher each day.

Financial planning and investing is not a lesson that can be learn in a day, but it start from little amount and the amount will increase day by day when your investing knowledge and discipline increase time by time.

Everything start from a dream : My Dreams

I think most of my friend realized my blog post have change starting from last year. Some may say it become boring, some say it become more matured. But for me, my blog is what straight out from my very mind and heart. When you read my blog, then you will know the true me. The change of my blog writing is actually started since the day I find my dream and God's purpose in my life. So I will share my life which are in 3parts.

Part 1 : Directionless period (0-18)
For the past years, I am directionless and dont know what I want. When in primary and secondary school, teacher will always ask us what is your ambition. Frankly I can't answer it, I am thinking whatever will be will be. And my mum told me, she always belief God have a purpose for bringing me into this world. So, sometimes I will pray to God for showing me what he want me to contribute to him and also this world. Even when choosing what I want to study after highschool, I am lost. My father ask me whether want to study engineering in UNITEN. So that time I think, why not as I am a science student and I can get full loan from TNB. So this is the end of first part of my life, which is DIRECTIONLESS.

Part 2 : Delusion period (19-21)
After entering university, this is where my next stage begin. I experience a big event in my life, I have my 1st FAILURE in calculus subject. This is 1st time I fail a subject in my life, and I really receive a big punch straight to my heart. Then I soon realized I pick the wrong course, although I am science student but I actually not engineering at all. I have no passion and till then I still don't what I want. I also can't change course as I want due to my family is not wealthy. The problems when you dont know what you really want, you will start follow others and the world trend. So I start indulge myself in dota, and also chasing all those stuff and gadgets like hand phone. My results continue to plummet. Throughout these years, I am so lost and keep praying to God what shall I be. But I still don't know, I think God want me to experience and expose more. So this is the part of my life, which is DELUSION.

Part 3 : Dreams (22 till now and forever)
Last year, I having internship in Sony. After seeing how they work, I assured that this is not the life I want. One day, Aaron my friend introduce a business to me, Monavie a network marketing business. Previously I am against network marketing because I dont know what it is and again follow majority trend saying it is not good. But I don't know why I make a sudden decision without thinking much and analyze to much. From that day onwards, my life and purpose changed. In few months time, I found my dream. Which is financial freedom and spreading it to others. Then I joined wealthmap as wealth planner, because in order to achieve my dream. I need to learn more about financial knowledge. I read Robert Kiyosaki's book. Soon, in my learning process I many great people and my journey of learning still continue till today. So it all started with a DREAM

What I been doing
So the main purpose I write this article is not about me, but is about all my friends and readers. In this whole year, I learned something terrible is going on. I attended end time camps and went several talks regarding end times last year. Based on the bible, the end of world is very near. Then when I study more and more about financial knowledge, I am even shock that our current economy module also is heading to the direction mention in the bible. If you not a christian, but you want to know what condition we are heading. Then you can read Robert Kiyosaki's book The Conspiracy Of The Rich. The rule of money is never the same again. Don't you all realized why our education never tell us about how to use money? Because our education designed not to do so. The government and ultra rich want educate and train us to be obedient worker and give false promise that they will take care of us. Even in Malaysia, we all know that economy is getting bad to worst. If you can see how bad is our inflation I give an example :
Let say this year my salary is rm3000/month. With inflation 10% per year, means next year my salary still rm3000 but the value become rm2700. Do you know where your rm300 went to? To the government and ultra rich, inflation is a hidden tax.

We Malaysian have to realized the fact that government is unable to support us with subsidies anymore. Life will be harder this coming 10years. Are you all actually preparing for that. Let me tell you what will happen in this coming years.

1. World economy will continue grow bad, inflation keep increase
2. US dollar will collapsed one day, in fact it is collapsing because US federal reserve keep printing more and more money.
3. The new generation become a debt generation, where we need to keep working to pay off our every kind of debts
4. Middle class will slowly lost, the world become only ultra rich and poor class.
5. New government and currency will created, the world government also know as anti christ government in the bible.
6. Disasters continue to increase.
7. And more terrible things will follow.

So what I am doing now is to help myself to achieve financial freedom, because we need to release ourself from this money trap. And I really have the passion to help others to achieve it too. Even still studying, I am planning for myself now. I started to buy silver to protect my money against inflation, doing business and some investment to increase my cashflow. But I can see many people still didnt realize and continue live in their comfort zone. Everyday thinking about saving money for holiday, Iphone, new car. The fact that we now need to thinking of saving our future. If you still cant get what I am trying to explaining. Please find me, I am very gladly to explain and also teach you how to plan for your money for free! But what the main thing you should do is actually increase your own financial knowledge. Because maybe what I teach also might be wrong as I am still learning.

I belief God had answered me, my purpose now is keep spreading this news and educate others on financial knowledge and also his good news. If my purpose is just to earn money, then I wont bother to write all these. Some will belief me and some will not, I dont care. As long as I done my part. Maybe based on my limited energy and abilities. I can't help much people, but I believe for even 1person I managed to helped. It mean alot for that person. Thanks for the time, I wanted to write these for a long time. But dont know how to start, tonight I take up the courage to write it. Financial knowledge : A knowledge for interest or survival?

When we mention about financial knowledge. Majority will say : Awww... this topic is boring and stressful. But if we know what is happening to this world today. We will start to realized, the rule of money is never the same again. Bank, government, ultra rich, agents, broker is leeching on our money every second even you didn't realize it. Why I am saying this...

You save your money in bank, thinking that they are protecting your money and give you decent interest. But they are actually robbing your money from inside by using inflation. You keep money that get 3% interest, but they print money so fast that cause money lost its value for 10% a year. So the bank keep rob you 7% every year legally. Even as you reading this post, money still keep printed in every federal bank throughout the world

You pay tax and hoping government will take care of you if anything happen. EPF sound so good, first house scheme feel so reliable. Yet government also rob you legally by corruption, inflation and tax. EPF is proven unreliable as most retiree use up their EPF by 3years. Younger generation feel harder to buy house regardless their salary exceed rm3000/month.

Then theres a group of "samaritan" that called themself as broker, financial advisor and financial planner. (Of course I am also a financial planner) They ask you to buy, invest and save money in insurance, mutual fund, property and all kind of investment. Many buy these products without really understand the purpose of them. The fact that every product have their own purpose, for example : insurance is surely a necessity, but it is needed for protection and minimize risk. Yet, many people buying insurance for saving and investment. The true way of buying insurance is using the lowest premium to buy the highest cover or protection. This problem are still the same with unit trust, properties, and stock. Make sure you really understand it before invest in it. Every agent surely will tell you their product is the best as they also are trying to earning money. Therefore, if we have a good financial knowledge, then we can analyze and think before we make any savings and investment. As most financial products designed to be complicated to confused the low financial intelligent. I am a financial planner myself, and I know so many kind of financial planner, some maybe sincere to help you, and some may just thinking of their profit. So make sure you consult a trustworthy wealth planner to manage your wealth. As Robert Kiyosaki always say : "Investing itself is not risky, but lack of financial education and listen to poor financial advise is risky"

So all these will back to one thing, which is your own financial intelligent or knowledge. God created us human, and say that we are the finest in all creation. We have an amazing brain, with great potential. Almost 23, I am so upset that I only really start to learn about financial literacy since last year. And I feel that I wasted most of my younger years. But I am thankful now that I find my dream which is to achieve financial freedom. Financial freedom is not my interest, but it is my dream to achieve financial freedom so that I can pursue my interest. Financial knowledge is so much to learn, past few months I may make wrong move or suggestion because I myself still in learning process. But mistake make me learn more. Therefore, for anyone there who haven't really start to improve your financial knowledge. Better start now before your wealth is rob legally by some "legalized robber". Financial knowledge is not about how to earning more money, but is how to manage your hard earned money, increase your cash inflow and protect them from inflation.

I recommend Robert Kiyosaki books as the first step to learn more about financial education. For online resource, I met a wonderful friend and mentor. He is Asia youngest wealth coach, Jonathan Quek. The rule of money is never the same again. If we no learn the new rule of money, then we will left behind in this rapid and cruel world. 1) Bonds?

Bonds are basically I.O.U issued by companies or governments to raise funds. With the current unresolved European Debt Crisis where the PIIGS are still facing trouble, the EU continue to debate about how to strengthen their bailout funds.

Many of my friends is going to graduate soon and start pursuing their future career, and I am sure you all know the necessity and important of life insurance. While there are many types and range of life insurance available in the market. Here are 10tips I will like to share when anyone is choosing life insurance

1. Pick the right agent or consultant

Your insurance agent or consultant is very important because life insurance is a complicated longterm plan. Therefore, you need to find a person that is trustworthy, honest and offering good service. The meaning of good service is he/she is the kind of person that will offer help when you need him. I've seen many agent that didn't bother about their client at all once their client bought policy from them. You need a person that trustworthy and honest to handle your policy. Therefore, the best way is to find a person you know well. However, insurance is a complicated product and even the most experience agent may can't answer some of your question. This is alright, as long as the agent know where to find the answer.

2. Knowing your priority and needs

You need to know your main goal of buying this policy, is it on saving and investment? or insured? or medical card? or all together. This is because most policy may claim that they have 3in1 or 2in1 package. This may look nice and valuable. But the truth is many people will ended up buying a wrong policy or paying extra charges that they don't need. Financial wise, this will be bad. So understand what you need, and ask your agent to design or recommend a plan that suits you.

3. Start early

Once again, TIME is again the main factor in savings and investment. So do life insurance. Many people only want to buy life insurance once they have problems or realize they need it. But that time is to late as most insurance company will reject you if you starting to have bad health records. Plus, the earlier you start the cheaper your premium will be. And the most important thing is the saving and investment part. In most policy, you will receive a lump sum or return of investment from life insurance once reach the maturity period of 20years. Lets say, you're 23 now. Which mean you will get the money at 43. Thats is when your children going into college and you need large sum of money. So in conclusion, start saving as early as possible...

4. Life insurance is a blessing, not a burden

Life insurance is mean to help us financially, and prevent the loss from risk. Many people doesn't see the value of life insurance thus claim that insurance is burdening and cheating your money. These will be back to tips 1 & 2. If you pick the right agent and knowing your target. Then it wont be a problem. But if you unable to see the value and important of life insurance, then don't buy it. As it will only burden you.

5. How much is enough?

Once again, life insurance is not mean to burden you. If you buy a policy that exceeds your monthly budget, then it will be a disaster. The recommended premium should be 10% of your monthly salary. For example, if your salary is rm2000/month then you should pay the most is rm200/month for your life insurance. Besides just listening to your agent or consultant, you should also do your own research and studies on the company you are going to invest in. Ask friends around for recommendation and advices. But remember, don't just listen to a party. Ask more people, and do the comparison yourself

8. Stay healthy

Having healthy lifestyle and keeping yourself in shape will greatly benefit not only in terms of our well being but even also in the benefit of life insurance. By improving your risk class, you can get more benefit and better offer from your life insurance. So, quit smoking, maintain a healthy weight, blood pressure and also cholesterol level.

9. Insurance is not a tool for investment

Insurance may be an asset, and have a high interest. But always remember do not use insurance as your only vehicle for saving and investment. So before we start our own business, we need our "first pot of gold" which is through investment to generate passive income. Financial planning is about insurance, tax, investments, education, retirement and estate planning. For me, my first investment will be investment-link insurance and uni-trust. Because these investment doesn't need a large modal, and there are professional fund manager take caring of our money. We can start invest just using 20% of your monthly salary. The previous post I told that besides our career, we need to have a side business and surely investment ( or high interest saving). As this is the only way to beat inflation that currently more than 7% per year, which clearly exceeds most of our job salary's increment.

NOTES : My Articles are mean for sharing, I may not good enough and my methods are not certainly right. As I am still in learning process, therefore I am not asking dear readers to learn from me, but we learn together through sharing. Facebook & blog is really a good tools to learn and sharing together, so lets make full use of it. If I have mistake or anyone have suggestion, you are always welcome to comment or approach me as I say we learn together. Why I am doing all these? Perhaps I just can say, I found myself in it. I found my true self, my passion and my destiny through the process of achieving my dream.

Today I will share about the vehicle to perform investment & business. This vehicle is quite similar to the transport we are using. Before we own our car or transport, we sit in our parents car, then later we using public transport, and after we afford to have our own car, we drive our own. So do the vehicle of wealth, when we small we using our parents money. Then when we start our adult life, before we able to start our own business. We need to use public vehicle to invest and as side business. What is mean by this? I will divide into investment & business vehicle...

Investment vehicle like mutual fund, uni-trust, investment-link insurance is a public transport. They have one or several driver/pilot to bring us to our destination/target, which are the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or investment manager. They are the person that decides and manage our funds, because they clearly more professional than amateur like us. Therefore, the good way to start investment is through this vehicle. It is not advisable to straight try yourself in stock market or property, as it is very risky and needs a lot of studies and research plus a big modal. Investment link and uni-trust return of investment(ROI) can be as high as 20%. But there still always risk in uni trust, just that it can be more diversify and our fund are handle by professional. We can start investment in these vehicle as low as rm200 per month

Business vehicle, before you start your own business, you need at least joining a business to experience the business world. The meaning of joining a business is not working for the business, but be apart of the business. Remember, it is very big different between concept of joining the business and working for the business. Some may say, "same what... it is earning money." No, by joining a business there are a risk of losing money, and your mindset is totally different. If we working for the business as staff, we will wait salary every end of month and bonus every end of year. While joining the business, you will have more uncertainty towards your income. The best example of joining a business is through network marketing or direct selling. I done network marketing myself for almost a year, frankly, my earning is normal . But I think the most valuable thing is the soft skill and mindset you learn in it to prepare you ahead for your future. Even Robert Kiyosaki encourage us to join a network marketing company, because it is a real life training on leadership, sales skill, management, and more softskill. I met great people, people full of energy, people who are motivated, self driven and much more than that. For example, I have a great leader, Marcin... He is a Polish, he left everything behind and come to Malaysia without knowing anyone to start his business at here. He then start through facebook and meeting people in starbucks, until today he have hundreds to thousands of people partnership him. This is only one of the great people I met by joining a business. To be an entrepreneur, you need to have determination, willing to take risk... all these are very hard to learn in college or university. But we can learn it in business through great people's experience and skills.

Robert Kiyosaki teach that there are 4types of income classes :

E: Employee — Working for someone else.
S: Self-employed or Small business owner — Where a person owns his own job and is his own boss.
B: Business owner — A person owns a business to make money; typically where the owner's physical presence is not required.
I: Investor — Investing money in order to receive a larger payout in the future.

To overcome inflation & achieve financial freedom, we need to train ourself to be in B or I. It is surely hard, if someone say it is easy then it will be a lie... But end of the day, you shape your own future. It is totally depend on us to get motivated, action, and determination.

Please read this article if you are really serious about your future. For guys, we going to be the head and leader of our family in years to come, dont you think it is very important we be serious and always plan for our money, a women seek not only love but also securities from a guy nowadays. And for our dear sisters, some may think that financial planning is guy business, that is wrong. All these years, I seen many cases pity women and girls money cheated by their love one. So girls also need to be more smarter and have more knowledge in planning their finance nowadays

When we heard of financial planning, what will come in our mind?...

money?savings? insurance? budget?...

Many people when start to work, will start to think of many dreams and wishes (car, house, career success etc.) I belief most of us will have a relief that at last we can be independent, and can start to repay our parents love at least by giving back and lessen their burden.

But are things as simple as it seem? Do you know that based on statistics :

Credit card debt in Malaysia has reached rm23.3billion,which 50% of bankrupt cases belong to age 21-30!

Most retiree used up all of their EPF money in just only 2-3years!

Why such things happen? This is because there are lies by the government ( not only Malaysia)...

They claim that they will take good care of us, and our retirement plan (EPF) will be good.
They claim that inflation is in control.

So many people still think that saving money in bank alone is sufficient. The fact that bank fixed deposit interest rate will give a return from (2-4%), but Malaysia inflation rate is up to 7%! for example:

10years ago, we buy a chicken rice is rm2.00 and now is rm4.00, so the price increase by rm2 which is 100%. Also mean that the inflation of chicken rice is 10% per year.

So if we save our money in banks we are actually losing at least 3% every year. Because the value of money keep dropping. So, how can we beat inflation? there are only 2ways, INVESTING or BUSINESS. For me my business and investing vehicle are MONAVIE and ING.

It is solely depends on each individual whether which way suit us the most... but no matter which way we choose, we surely need to do one thing. FINANCIAL PLANNING...

We need to plan how to distribute our income, allocate our investment, plan our expenses, create backup plan for financial and health risk. These are not hard if we have some knowledge on it.

As most of my friends know, my dream is to achieve financial freedom and helping others to achieve it. This is what I think I can contribute to society and at least slightly help this world a better place. My dream is not a joke, and I been learning and working very hard for it. Because, my aim is to

Financial Planing - basic formula

My vision and dream is to achieve financial freedom and helping others to achieve it. In other to achieve financial freedom, we need to have financial intelligent or financial literacy.

Many people when they get their monthly salary, they dont know how to plan it or distribute it. In order to achieve financial freedom, everyone know that we need to buy more assets or invest. But how do we start?

So in this post, I will give a formula to everyone on how to plan your monthly salary/income. This formula can be apply to everyone especially my dear friends who going to graduate and start their career journey.

REMEMBER : TIME is one of the most important factor in investing... so it is always the best to start as early as you can.

So this is the formula, in every 100% of your salary

60% ( not more than 60% ) - monthly expenses
10% - parents/family
10% - Insurance (life/medical)
20% - Investment/Assets

This is a formula not design by me, but by professional financial planner. Here is a example and explanation, let say your salary after deducting taxes and EPF is rm2000 :

So, let say your monthly salary is rm2000, always limit and plan your expenses not more than rm1200 ( foods, petrol, car loan, entertainment etc. )
For our beloved parents and family members, 10% is good. which will be rm200 per month
To protect our wealth from financial risk, we surely need at least a medical card or a life insurance policy which have maturity period. (Life insurance you can buy premium as low as rm150 per month)
Ok, this is the most important part. INVESTMENT, rm400 from rm2000 will be to much? not at all if you want to achieve financial freedom. Try to diversify your investment, example of investment/assets ( investment-link insurance, unit trust, mutual fund, bonds, shares, property etc. )

So this is the basic formula to follow, it seem simple. But to apply it require great discipline and determination...

I went to work part time at an event at PICC (Putrajaya International Convention Centre), and have a chance to stay in a 5star hotel name Pullman.

When I enter my room I get a shock of my life, this is my first time to stay in such a luxurious room. My room or suite have a kitchen, living room, working desk, 2 lcd tv, a bathroom than bigger than my room in my house. No need to say more, picture speak more than a thousands words. But the main problem is that many people aim, and aim, and aim. But don't dare or lazy to pull the gun trigger. Theres no point of aiming at all if you didnt pull the trigger.

For some, They indeed pull the trigger once after a long planing and aiming. Some hit the target, but most fail. And this is the most crucial part, many people fail once and they gave up. Say no luck, blame company, blame god, anything can blame they blame. Or even say this business doesnt work.

For a few, they miss but they keep shoot and shoot. When they out of bullets they reload and shoot again until they hit the target. These are the people that succeed, and how above people view them? they say maybe those people who manage to shoot the target is just lucky.

Business is also the same, you need to focus and full of determination. No matter in what business, you will see people gave up and change job. But this 6months in business world I learn many things, but the main one is determination and never give up. and trust me...

I just back from end time camp last week at Fraser Hill... and learn alot of things regarding end time... and really shocked that it will be happen in few decade to come... Which mean we will have a great chance to experience it.

Well, end time... which is end of world, or end of human race... We heard many theories from scientist... but this time I will share it in biblical theory... Why I want to share it because I think I really need to, many people wont believe, many will even mock me too... but I feel that I need to do my part... which is share it to others... In my these series post, I will share this things to 2 main groups of people, one is my friends who are not christian, another is especially to christian.

To my non christian friends,

I know many of you maybe will quite hate christian, because we like to share our faith and believe to you all, but my friends, you all must understand that why we want to share our faith, because I love my friends. But all these I will just share it out, whether believing or not is totally up to you. In this post series... I will use a lot of facts because I know people nowadays need facts to believe.

To my christian friends,
I know many of us think that, christian population now is 33% which is the highest percentage compare to other religion, and many think that this is revival of christianity.

But actually this is a very dangerous figure because according to the bible if you see the first end time which is Noah great flood, only few righteous people are saves, and for destruction of Sodom and Gomorah less than 10 people are save. Which mean true christian will be getting less and less during end times, but if the christian percentage continue to go up, it will be not revival, but it is the coming of false prophets... Therefore, it is very important for us to make sure that our church nowadays is not involving with heresy. How?... fully go back to the teaching of bible... because bible is the only thing that pass to men by god, when reading bible we should not just quote this and that. But must fully understand the context of bible and through the guidance of holy spirit. And it is very important for us christian to be sensitive towards the criteria of end times.

This is just intro... next series... I will share to you all about the signs of end times by current world facts... it is facts I going to give, not pseudo facts...

Recently I heard a meaningful story...

Theres a guy who have strong faith on God...

One day... his town struck by weather storm... and rain pour down from the sky heavily... soon water begin to rise...

Then his neighbor knock his door and ask him to keep his belongings and evacuate... proudly he say..

" I have faith that God will save me!!!... "

Soon... water start to rise to waist level... he started to pray for God to save him... then suddenly a rescue boat come... the rescuer shout...

" For God sake!!!... please come up the boat "... but again he said that " I believe God will save me!!! "

The water continue to rise and he is force to climb onto his roof... and again he keep pray to God for help...
moments later... A fire rescue unit come with a helicopter... they throw a line and the rescuer shout

" For God sake!!!!!... please climb up the rope... we will save you " but again he reply... " No... I am person of faith, I trully trust that my God will save me!!! "

At last... even the roof flooded by water and that guy drown...

When he come to heaven... he angrily ask God...

" God... I have faith in you... I pray for your help... but why he let me die like this!! "

God reply him... my stupid son...

" I gave you brain to think, but when water rose why you didnt leave "
" I gave you a pair of ears and legs, why u didnt listen to others who ask you to evacuate? "
" After you pray... I even send a boat and a helicopter... and they even shouted FOR GOD SAKE!!!... "

Many of us may think this is a nonsense and stupid story, but actually many of us repeating the mistake done by that guy... On our daily life when we have problems and pray for god help... Maybe God had send many people, including friends and family to advise us... but we ignore them...

When we have financial or studies problems, God may sent people to give us some good opportunity, good advise... but we ignore or even reject them... we think that we are better than them... we know enough and no need to learn more...

this is many mistake that we done... including me...

The CURSE of MONEY

Money, some say is the root of evil... and some say it can make the world go round... So what is it...

I want to tell some true story... it is actually a story that keep happen around us...
it is old people making the same mistake and new people making the old mistake...

A typical young adult teacher, who had a passion in educating young ones... the first year as a teacher seem like a happy life, as a normal middle class people he want to buy car and house for himself... and of course apply a credit card too... So every month he need to pay car loan, house loan, and credit card... sound normal... but soon he realize, the fried rice he eat isn't rm4 anymore... the milo ais he drink isnt rm1.50 anymore... a full tank petrol of his car that he using credit card to pay is more than last year... but his salary still the same... ( Malaysia yearly inflation rate can be up to 6%... but how about our salary increment rate? )

So he spend more on his card... more and more... then start to feel that work as teacher alone is not enough... he need to teach tuition class too... Last time... teaching is his passion... but now teaching become his only way to cover his expenses... He start to hate teaching... he start to hate his students... he start to blame government and school why give him so much work and tax but no increase salary...HE IS TRAP IN THE RAT RACE....

This story tell us that money can destroy a person passion, character and even love... this is only one of the story...

We can see many more occupation is the same...

Police turned corrupt cause of money, Politician who early care for the welfare of citizens sell themselves for money... everything money first...

I know many people will say this world is like that... how you can change it?

There are 2ways actually...
1st you can be a monk... to avoid all this suffering in the world...
2nd learn how money works... which is financial education...

Why?... by achieving financial freedom... you can get back what you want, you can continue your passion, you can enjoy the beauty of this world....

Surely it is hard, and to achieve financial freedom is not a matter of 1 or 2years... Sometimes we need 10years or more than that... but it is always the best to start and plan early...

Many people have wrong thinking that, if I can earn alot money or become rich... I wont have money problem... that is wrong...

What is Financial Freedom?

wikipedia say that Financial independence is a term generally used to describe the state of having sufficient personal wealth to live indefinitely without having to work actively for basic necessities.

It sound complicated?... not if you understand and master it...

that is why financial education is very important... or in mandarin call as 理财。。。

Why we have to achieve financial freedom?... because once we achieve it...
We wont be the slave of Money anymore...

because always remember

MONEY IS A GOOD SERVANT, BUT IT IS A BAD MASTER...

once we achieve that, we will soon realized the world created by God is so beautiful and many more things we can do and contribute to this world... rather than keep working for money... I will explain further next time...

Last night I went to financial education talk, there are about 100+ people and most of them are 30-60 years old adult... But I am surprise that many of them didnt know what is financial freedom at all... and keep asking stupid question towards the speaker... this is because since we small, in school or even in family... we seldom been educate on how to mange your money on wealth... what we been taught is STUDY HARD!!!... THEN YOU CAN EARN A LOT MONEY... but earn alot money doesnt help actually... many people still always say MONEY NOT ENOUGH.. no matter how much they earn...

I actually upset that I learn all these at 22years old, which mean I wasted alot of money on stupid expenses in the past years... but I am glad that I can learn it before I start to work and have family...

However, I am also still learning... cause I believe that education is a non stop process... but I like to share good news and message with others... especially my friends and my blog reader ^^

Another story of 10/10/10 tragic accident

As we all know... 10/10/10 accident surely leave a impact to Malaysian...

A special date where many people married... no one ever thought such terrible case would happen... I personally thanks God cause I actually miss this horrible accident by half hour...

this are one of the scene and traffic jam cause by the accident... I dont want to share other videos and photos of the accident anymore as a respect to the family of victims...

Ok... now... the story that I heard which is different from the media... the purpose of I share this news is because people first speculation and blame toward this accident will be the bus driver... but this is the other story

According to a chinese car that follow behind the bus... they say that actually the bus was moving nicely... and they moving in the middle lane (the highway have 3 lanes)...

Suddenly an indian couple car overtake them and without signal the car just went into the bus lane... it happen to fast and the bus cant break in time... so the bus driver try divert to the fast lane... but due to the size of the bus.... it lost control and crushed... this is how 12 people lives gone...

and for the culprit... both of them came down from the car... but after shock by such terrible scene... they went back to their car and speed off...

So this is another version of the accident... and I not sure it is reliable anot... if this is the real case... I am sure the culprit who cause this accident will never sleep well from that night onwards...

Well... this is a very delayed post... cause I suddenly have the mood to share it now... haha

this post is to share the beautiful scenery and interesting places of Kota Bharu, Kelantan

First of all is river cruising... just few cents... you can have a chance to go for river cruising along Kelantan river... it is much more nicer if u compare to The Mines lake cruising... haha

The next place is Pantai Sri Tujuh "Beach of seven lagoons"

it beach is normal... which is my header... but the lagoons are spectacular...

Now is Pengkalan Kubor... which is the border of Malaysia and Thailand... there have a duty free zone where u can shop and bargain... the town opposite of the river is Thailand

Next is the Thai temples in Tumpat... there have sitting buddha, standing buddha and even south east asia longest sleeping buddha...

Today is a very important and sad day

Today is the day we remember the death of Jesus Christ... Today is good friday...

Actually good friday and easter is the most important days for christian... not christmas... at all...

because before his death and rose again, Jesus ask us to remember this very day...

So... why this call as a good friday???... Many other religion, or even function wont call the day of their important person death day as "good"...

Surely... we celebrate this very day grievely... but this day is a hope for the entire world...

Why we grieve? Because the people who bring Jesus to cross and cause his death is not the Roman soldier or the Jews... but is us... is us that full of sin...

40 Reasons why the Sodomy Charge against Anwar is too Ridiculous to Believe

It seems a simple enough plan. Get a willing pro-Umno young man. Stick him in Anwar’s office and let him get close to Anwar. Then have him accuse Anwar of sodomy. The police, the judiciary and the government machinery will do the rest. This will put Anwar out of the political scene for good and he will never threaten Umno’s power again.

But something happened on the way to the courthouse. The public is not buying this story. Too many holes have appeared until the whole rickety structure of deceit has all but collapsed. No doubt there are a few clueless souls in Umno trying to maintain this ridiculous charade but they are flogging a dead horse. They only succeed in earning the contempt of the people.

Saiful made many mistakes before and after the alleged act by failing to conceal his movements and being an incredibly lousy actor. Perhaps he thought playing the victim isn’t important as the powerful players behind him will take care of everything. But there’s a limit to how much idiocy the public can take. A real victim of forced sodomy or male rape does not appear smiling and waving to the press in public as if he’s damn proud of it.

It all looks like a hastily conceived, bumbling, incompetent and ill-thought out plot. So here are 40 reasons why the sodomy charge against Anwar is too ridiculous to believe.

The Charge

1. The charge of consensual sodomy is structurally flawed as it does not a tally with Saiful’s public stance of forced sodomy for which he has already sworn on the Koran.

2. The government has absolutely no interest in prosecuting consenting gays so why the sudden interest in prosecuting Anwar for alleged consensual sodomy? How about all the gay activities going on under the nose of the authorities in the seedy streets of KL? Nobody has been prosecuted for consensual sodomy since independence except Anwar and his alleged partners in Sodomy I.

3. Why isn’t Saiful prosecuted as a consensual partner? Shouldn’t he be at least prosecuted for indecent behaviour against the order of nature for allegedly bending over out of his own free will?

Saiful’s behaviour

4. Claimed to be have been sodomized a total of eight (8) times. Why did he tolerate it for so long? To keep his RM1000 a month job? What can he possibly fear from an opposition leader who holds no influence in government?

5. Despite being a 24 year old big strapping youth, this lowlife claimed he was sodomized against his will by a 62 year old man with bad back. How ridiculous can you get?

6. Made a police report 2 days after the alleged incident. Was he waiting to see if he was pregnant?

7. Went to work as usual next day and was seen walking straight.

8. Attended a function at Anwar’s house in the evening with Anwar present and served coffee to the guests. Would a rape victim do that?

9. Sent a friendly quit e-mail to Anwar that he was resigning because he was lazy and incompetent. No mention that he couldn’t take the sodomy.

10. Show no sign of being victimized and traumatized. Smile and wave to press after he made his police report. Looks proud to be a victim of male rape.

11. Met and photographed with senior officers in DPM dept a few months before the alleged incident. Claimed to have gone there to apply scholarship but the DPM Dept is the wrong place to go for scholarship. Why all the lies?

12. Met Najib who was Deputy PM at his official residence 2 days before the alleged incident. Najib at first denied the meeting, later claimed Saiful wanted a scholarship? Is the Deputy PM so easy to access? Why would college dropout need scholarship?

13. In a final twist Najib said he advised Saiful who was traumatized to lodge a police report. But this was before the alleged act!

14. Met police office SAC Rodwan in Room 619 of Concorde Hotel Shah Alam 1 day before the alleged incident. Were they discussing scholarship?

15. Saiful’s god mother Mumtaz Jaafar is a close friend and ‘bag lady’ of Rosmah Mansor, Najib’s wife. It is widely believed that the plot was hatched by Rosmah and Najib.

16. Known to be a rabidly pro-BN while in college.

17. Went to Pusrawi hospital to get a medical examination and told the doctor that he had been sodomized by a plastic object. The doctor said he looked and behaved normally. Why didn’t he go straight to the police?

18. Went to mosque to swear that Anwar sodomized him against his will during the Permatang Pauh by-election so that BN can make political capital out of it.

19. Must be the most publicity hungry rape victim in the world, male or female, bar none!

Police & prosecution

20. Why are huge resources and manpower devoted to this case as if consensual sodomy is the most heinous crime in the country, worse than the murder of a Mongolian woman? How does an alleged consensual partner in sodomy suddenly become a victim for whom the whole apparatus of government must be marshalled to seek “justice?” Tie this with no. 2 and see if you can make any sense.

21. A copy of the police report was given to Anwar only after he had been questioned by police and after much pestering by his lawyers. Usually a suspect should be given a copy of the police report before taking his cautioned statement to prevent him unwittingly incriminating himself. Why was this procedure not followed? Did the police upset the procedure to design the charge and fabricate the police report to fit in with Anwar’s movements?

22. Why was Anwar unnecessarily held overnight in jail cell when he could have been released on the same day? The next morning he was asked a few perfuntionary questions and released. But it was revealed that his jail cell was carefully swept by forensic after his release. Were they looking for traces of his DNA?

23. Anwar was asked to give a blood sample during the medical examination but he refused. After that Umno leaders made public calls for him to give a sample. Why such a tussle to get Anwar’s blood sample with no safeguards whatsoever? In view of the fact that his blood sample had been planted on a mattress in sodomy I, why should Anwar make it so easy for them?

24. After Anwar refused to give his blood sample a new DNA Identification Bill was proposed in which the police are allowed to forcibly take blood sample from any suspect, custody of DNA samples will be managed by the police, the accuracy of DNA evidence cannot be challenged and the judge must consider DNA evidence to be conclusive. The Home Ministry wanted to rush this bill through parliament. Do you smell a rat here? Thankfully this DNA Identification Bill has not been passed into law yet after much opposition.

25. The prosecution fought tooth and nail to transfer the case from the Sessions Court to High Court without giving any creditable reason. If they have real evidence they could have convicted Anwar in any court under any judge so why the lengthy fight to transfer the case as if their whole case depends on who hears it?

26. The prosecution also fought all the way to the Federal Court to deny giving Anwar document necessary for his defence according to the Criminal Procedure Code, not even most basic list of witnesses. Why such unbecoming and sordid loser behaviour if they have a real case with real evidence?

27. In any sexual offence where penetration is a crucial factor no prosecutor will proceed without favourable medical evidence. In this case the prosecution decided to proceed with unfavourable medical evidence (see no.28 & 29). Were they depending on a compliant judge? (see no. 25)

Medical

28. A medical report by Dr. Mohamed Osman of Pusrawi Medical Centre, a Burmese expatriate doctor with 30 years experience certified that Saiful asshole had never been penetrated.

29. A separate medical report by 3 specialists at Hospital KL also confirmed that Saiful is an anal virgin.

30. The prosecution claimed that they have DNA sample extracted from Saiful’s rectum which incriminate Anwar but experts say that this environment is very hostile to semen and prone to contamination. It is unlikely that any usable DNA can be found after 2 days.

31. The prosecution refused to give Anwar a DNA sample for independent verification so any claim of positive identification is just the word of the government chemist against his.

32. The prosecution cannot prove that the DNA sample in question was actually extracted from Saiful’s rectum although they claim it.

33. The possibility exists that any DNA sample may have been spiked with Anwar’s DNA collected covertly. (see no. 22 and 23)

Anwar’s Personal Life

34. Anwar is 63 year old grandfather with 6 children and a loving wife. Would a homosexual person father 6 children and have a close relationship with his wife?

35. If Anwar’s sexual inclination is true then where are the other partners? Why has nobody come out of the woodwork to claim a relationship with him? Anwar’s associates who were convicted of sodomy with him all repudiated their confessions as extracted under torture the moment they were released.

36. Anwar had just led the opposition to stunning gains at the Mach 2008 polls and was plotting to take over the Federal government by engineering defections. Why would Anwar risk everything for this college dropout? If indeed his lust is so great, ther must be many others so where are the other partners?

Testimony during trial

37. Claimed Anwar was his idol but his college mates say he hated Anwar’s guts.

38. Claimed he was shocked and disgusted by Anwar’s indecent proposal by still took a shower and prepared himself. So was it consensual or was it against his will as he has sworn in a mosque?

39. The prosecution produced a tube of KY jelly. Did Saiful come prepared with KY jelly? If it belonged to Anwar wouldn’t it be taken back by Anwar?

40. Claimed did not pass motion for 2 days in order to hold the vital evidence in his rectum. How heroic. Wouldn’t it be easier to just go to the police immediately? Didn’t he wash the KY jelly from his asshole?

More is coming. We haven’t come to the cross-examination of Saiful yet!

Last CNY I went back to Kota Bharu, my birth place... done many interesting things, ate lots of tasty food... manage to take some photos to share with you all...

First thing... after a whole hot day of travel... the best thing is sit down and drink young coconut juice... so miss it... I even drank and ate 2 coconuts... we also order kaw jam (which is Thailand nasi kerabu )...

COE Award Night

Just back from Uniten... attended College of engineering award night...

Basically the award night is to give prize and award to students with good achievement in academics ( not me of course ) , Trivia quiz winner, projects winner and many more...

Our house member, me, Wei Sheng, Jason and Cheong enlisted in the top 25 of trivia quiz. We are the only chinese from our badge including Dmitri Yong and Camie...

The goodies bag

There were buffet dinner and some light food such as egg tart and chocolate cup cake... moreover, we manage to sit in lecturers table cause some lecturers are absent...

After a long wait for the long session of programmes and award giving...

at last... the top 5 of trivia quiz annouced...

Back to uni again... This year CNY feel quite stress yet enjoying...

many things happened...especially 2nd day of CNY when my family going back to Kota Bharu... they met an accident... I n my gf didnt involve cause we traveling by bus...

but really thanks god for four of them which are my father, mother, sister and brother all allright and unscratch... this really a miracle...

when roadpasser and bystander rush to see how was them... what they saw are four people climbed out from the overturn car laughing and even took photo when climbed out. This is my father first serious accident... I am thinking if I am the driver maybe the accident will even worse...

So... now my father have to waste rm500 and a month to use his car again... but really thanks god nothing serious happen to my family members...

Because this is our right... and our sickening country need a change... although a vote like not much difference... but when it added up... it will make a huge difference... we have to show our government what is the power of rakyat... its about 5 Africans who beaten and burn alive in a village in Kenya... it is a very cruel and uncivilized scene...

below is the video ( warning... this video have violent and disturbing scenes... but it is true and reality that such an act still exist in our world )

Had a wonderful christmas... because it is truly meaningful and original...
not commercial, not fanatic, not extreme... most important, it is a christmas of love and grace...

Many people treated christmas as another holiday, some people even thought christmas is a new year of christian, cause malay have hari raya, chinese have chinese new year, then christian have christmas lo... that is wrong... cause actually

christmas is not a holiday, christmas is a holy day

In short, christian celebrate christmas to remember the birth of Jesus Christ... but Jesus not born exactly on 25december, this day is actually use by ancient Roman to celebrate winter soltice... then later only use to celebrate birth of Jesus Christ.

Santa Claus, who is Santa?... actually he is just a kelefei (minor character) haha...

Caroling

Last weekend went back to hometown not only to practice christmas play...
but also had a chance to caroling...

For my friends who dont know what is caroling...

actually caroling is the true spirit of christmas...
It started back 2000years ago... when few sheperds tending their sheeps in a grass field at night... suddenly... a group of angels appear and sing...
Those angels were telling them that baby Jesus had born in the small town of Bethlehem... and ask them to follow the brightest star in the sky as the guide to know where is the place.

So... after 2000years... we still sing like the angels... from house to house... shop to shop... to share this good news to as much people as posible.

Though it is very tiring... but it is really a enjoyable and spiritual moment... =)

Hai, I am back... very lazy to blog recently...

need to go back to hometown every weekend in this month because need to practice for christmas play for this coming christmas....

Quite a nice and wonderful december...
went to my cousin wedding...

attended Techflow christmas play... The Unsung Melody....
For me... I think is the best play this few years... Good job my techflow friends... and thanks god for the success too...

So... christmas!!!!... what is christmas???... Will say it in the next post... maybe the Roman shouldnt create this day... or maybe christian shouldnt celebrate christmas at all( seem Jesus didnt ask us to remember this day also)... because it starting to lost it true meaning...

Sakae Sushi buffet

Last Friday went to sushi buffet at Sakae Sushi in KLCC...

jammed for about one hour due to PC fair... =.=
but that meal really fantastic... I and my gf managed to ate 10+ pink plate...
the buffet only apply for rm3.90 and rm1.90 sushi and temaki..

the story is about an alien planet that visited by a human which consider alien to them...
very nice and meaningful movie although the storyline is normal... quite hilarious too... worth watch 7/10

My November 2009

Hai... my friends... its almost a month i didnt touch my blog...
seem now free... I will share what I been through the whole Nov...

Had a wonderful 21th birthday celebration with my family and girl friend...
although it was just a simple dinner and cake blowing session at home... but I very happy cause i can celebrate it with my love ones... also watched 2012 that night, very nice movie... I give 9.5/10 even watched it again yesterday with my uni frens... haha...

The next week, seem I am free... I went to help to be volunter in PIA (Pusat Interversi Awal) which is a school specially for special children that have down syndrome, autism, behavior problem and more. This is a very meaningful activity for me because I get to learn more on how to interact with special kids. Actually, with proper and special education skills, the kids are able to live like a normal kids, just that they need more love, care and attention. For me, most of them are cute and adorable too.

The second week, my mum ask me to help up on the kids sunday school green camp in my church... so I be the assistant game master, and created a treasure hunt game with environmental and recycle knowledge in it... It is very fun and thanks god for the good weather and success of the game...

Also have few chance to hang out with my church friends...

Not to mention I also manage to finish reading Harry Potter in this holiday, from Order of Phoenix to Deadly Hallows... that time I even dream of Harry Potter when i sleeping... haha

But when I returned to Serdang... Bad Bad news!!!... our house had struck by lightning... modem and network switch K.O. even my PC K.O.

I spent rm230 to buy a new power supply and a LAN adapter... haih... pokai ady...
thats all...

anyway... is time to enjoy... happy holiday my friends...

Last Saturday went to Midvalley with my gf to have a earlier celebration for my birthday... cause I am going back soon...

We went to have lunch at Kiku Zakura
Nice deco... good service(with a hot towel too ^^)...
I think the price is reasonable especially for the set meal... both of us ate till very full... not to mention the taste is also delicious... the sets we order are serve with salads, fruits, miso soups, etc...

Green tea(bottomless)~ better quality than sushi king...

Soba set with sushi (rm25)...

Szilling plate beef with green chili pepper (rm26) I love it!!!

After movie we went for tea break at ZEN

Apple crunch with vanilla ice cream topping plus an English tea ( I think is lipton only...lol) rm9.90

We went for our second 3D movie in this year too...

The movie is about food and love...

So many nice food at starting... but eventually... the food is getting gross...
anyway... nice and relaxing movie... I give 7/10

but last night main attraction is Gabriel Obertan...

Base on his first appearance in 1st team, his skill is better than stupid Nani... and he also can consider as a multipurpose winger... although last night opponent are much weaker compared to Liverpool...
